Craig Smith

Craig's daily routine involves managing by walking around to greet the GG team and picking up day-to-day issues that require attention in both quality and safety. 

The rest of the day is spent reviewing existing policies, planning how to improve quality management systems—making recommendations, executing improvements, inspecting, testing products and production processes, and ensuring that all quality policies and procedures meet BRC standards.

Craig enjoys hiking on weekends in Scotland's moors, glens, and up the bens. The experience is even more enjoyable with atmospheric weather and the addition of a castle or ancient ruin.
