Broccoli baked potato

Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes
- 300g broccoli, cut into florets
- 140g cheddar
- 25g butter
- 1tbsp rosemary
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp pepper
Directions
First, preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Next, cook the potatoes in a deep oven proof dish for 30 minutes. After this time has passed, take the potatoes out of the oven, cut them in half and add some butter, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Put them back in the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, cut your broccoli into florets and boil them for 3 minutes. Drain the broccoli well. Once the potatoes are done, take them out of the oven and add the broccoli on top. Cover everything with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes until the tops are crispy and golden.
