Ingredients
- Broccoli florets
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp dried oregano
- 1tsp rosemary
- 1tsp dried basil
- 1sp fennel seeds
- 1/2tsp red chilli flakes
- 1tsp sea salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 1tbsp parmesan
Directions
To begin, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with tin foil. Take a large bowl and coat the broccoli with olive oil, then sprinkle on all the dried spices from oregano to pepper. Mix everything together well, using your hands or even getting the kids involved. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the broccoli is nicely browned. Once done, garnish with fresh Parmesan for added flavour.
