Broccoli noodles

Ingredients
- 1 nest of dried noodles
- Broccoli stem, grated
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Pinch of dried chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 lime
Directions
First, fill a pan with salted water and bring it to a boil. Follow the instructions on the packet to cook the noodles. While the noodles are cooking, heat up a splash of sesame oil in a pan and add the broccoli. Cook for a few minutes, then add crushed garlic and chilli flakes. Fry for another minute or two before adding golden syrup, soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, a squeeze of lime juice, some cracked black pepper, and a tbsp of the cooking water from the noodles. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, then drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Stir everything together before serving.
